Denmark grabbed an early lead with four runs in the first inning. Green Bay tried to mount a late rally, bringing in the tying run to the plate in the ninth, but wound up falling by a score of 5-2.
Shortstop George McIntyre went 1-for-3 with a double and a sacrifice fly, while Easton Arendt, Brayden Pleau, Milo Upton and Payton Kohnle each added one hit.
TJ Hockers got the start, and was followed by Benje Hencke, who struck out six over four innings, and Dylan Heier, who worked a scoreless eighth inning.
The Blue Ribbons return to Joannes Stadium on Saturday to open Wisconsin State League play with a doubleheader against the West Allis Nationals.
