The Blue Ribbons moved to 2-2 on the season as they split their doubleheader with the West Allis Nationals at Joannes Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Green Bay jumped out to an early lead in game one, scoring two runs in the first innings and another in the fourth, but West Allis plated three runs in the fifth to tie things up.
The game stayed tied until the seventh, when the Nationals scored two more, then shut down the Ribbons in the bottom half of the inning to send Green Bay to a 5-3 defeat.

The Blue Ribbons again scored first in game two, pushing across single runs in the first, second and third innings to again take a 3-0 lead.
This time, starting pitcher Axel Donaldson would make the lead stand up, going the distance in a 3-2 win.
Donaldson struck out six batters and took a no-hitter into the seventh as he had West Allis batters off-balance all game long.
After surrendering a base hit and a home run in the top of the seventh, Donaldson regrouped and got pinch hitter Gavin Bennett to fly out to left to end the game and send the Blue Ribbons fans home happy.
