The Blue Ribbons started off the second half of the season the same way they ended the first half, with another ugly loss, this time falling to Menasha by a score of 6-3 on Tuesday night.
Menasha starting pitcher Ian Dohms, dominated Green Bay, taking a no-hitter into the seventh, and striking out 10 hitters over seven scoreless innings.
Brayden Pleau finally collected Green Bay’s first hit in the seventh, and the Ribbons tried to mount a late rally, bringing the tying run to the plate in the bottom of the ninth, but in the end, the offense just couldn’t get anything going, as they fell even further back in the NEWBL standings.
Ian Salvesen collected two hits and Boone Kirst drove in two runs, while starting pitcher Joe Anderson worked four shutout innings.

Green Bay will look to end their skid tomorrow night, when they welcome the Sheboygan A’s to town for a 7:30 PM start.
