OFFENSE COMES TO LIFE LATE IN ANOTHER BIG WIN FOR GREEN BAY

Green Bay’s offense came to life late, erupting for 15 runs on 15 hits in a lopsided 15-4 win over Menasha on Wednesday night.

Trailing 4-1 heading into the 7th inning, the Blue Ribbons sent 15 men to the plate, and scored 10 runs to take an 11-4 lead, cruising to victory from there.

Trevor Vande Hey led the offense, going 3-for-4 with a triple and a walk, while George McIntyre, Easton Arendt and Ian Salvesen each added two hits.

Landon Raygo tossed four hitless innings of relief, striking out nine to earn the win, as Green Bay pitchers combined to strikeout 14 batters.

Green Bay returns home on Thursday night to host the Greenville Stars for Military Appreciation night. All current and former military are invited to join us, with free admission for their entire family, and special recognition throughout the ballgame.
