• Assisting coaching staff in all areas of player development

• Ability to hit fungos is required

• Attendance for all games desired. (The Blue Ribbons play roughly 50 games from late-May through early-August)


Do you just love to be on a baseball field? Want to provide the best playing experience possible? We would love your help for Field Prep and Game Day Operations. We are looking for someone who is able to be at the park 2-3 hours before first pitch. Weekday games start at 7:30pm and we know you’re looking for an excuse to leave the office a little early anyway!

Duties may include:

• Getting the field prepped for batting practice

• Field work as needed (raking, watering, etc)

• Maintaining the chalker and bases, laying base lines

• Batting cage maintenance

• Ensuring that the field is game-ready. 

• Be on hand during the game to make sure players, umps and fans have everything they need.


We are looking for someone 18 years or older to share duties as a concession manager. Must be able to attend 60-75% of home games and be able to be at the park 2 hours before first pitch. Weekday games start at 7:30pm so you don’t even need to quit your day job!!! Ideal for the organized, take-charge person who loves to provide a great ballpark experience!

• This person would be in charge of setting up the concession stand prior to the game

• Handling start-up money

• Running SQUARE point-of-sale software

• Overseeing all food and beverage sales

• Closing up the concession stand after the game and preparing the nightly deposit 

  • Compensation available based on experience/game availability.

The Blue Ribbons are looking for scoreboard operators for the upcoming season. Enjoy the game from our climate controlled pressbox while operating our scoreboard from the booth.

• Ideal candidate would be able to attend the majority of home games at Joannes Stadium (20-30 games)

• Strong knowledge of the game of baseball. Ability to stay on top of balls, strikes, outs, runs, hits and errors throughout the entire game.

• Single games are nine innings, doubleheaders are seven innings and paid based on games worked.


Looking to gain some social media and/or graphic design experience while getting your foot in the door in the world of sports? This is the perfect opportunity. This position will be responsible for working with our social media team to put out quality content while also helping our organization expand our social media footprint.

• Duties may include posting in-game updates to our Instagram, X and Facebook accounts, creating behind the scenes video content, assisting with recording and posting pre-game and post-game interviews.

• This person would need to have a strong knowledge of baseball, with an emphasis on the college game.

• Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.


The Ribbons are looking to add a video coordinator for the upcoming season. This is a separate roll from our AV/livestream operations, working with players, coaches and staff to provide timely video clips.

• This person would be in charge of setting up cameras prior to the game and taking them down after, while also changing out memory cards and batteries as needed during games.

• Video coordinator will have a dedicated space in the pressbox to work from to create video clips to be distributed to team members after each game.


If you have energy, fun ideas, and love to talk into a mic we have the BEST opportunity for you! We are looking for a Fan Activities Coordinator that would plan and execute on-field entertainment between innings. The ideal candidate would be able to commit to nearly all home games and arrive at least an hour before first pitch. Weekday games begin at 7:30pm, so no need to quit your day job either!

Duties may include:

• Greeting fans

• Recruiting people to participate in on-field activities

• Coordinating and hosting 4-6 between-innings contests on the field during games

• Making sure the fans are having a great time!

  • Compensation available based on experience/game availability. 

If you need a sweet gig to put on your resume look no further! We are looking for help in the press box! The ideal candidate would be able to commit to most home games and arrive at the park 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours prior to game time. Weekday games are at 7:30pm.

Duties may include:

• Running GameChanger in-game stats app

• Recording pre and post game interviews

• Occasional running of the scoreboard

• Communicating events on the field, such as substitutions and pitching changes, to those in the booth

• Experience in audio, video editing, and camera work is helpful but not necessary.
